Wow....
I wish you luck.
Yes, please keep us posted. Personally, im very interested in the "how" (when successful) you tuned it. I'm in no way saying or suggesting it can't be done. I'm just curious.
I'm running a TTS SC at 6psi boost. Modified TTS / delphi ECM tune with a PCV5 / autotune. So yeah, im quite interested. Tuned "street" (no dyno) and after 3 seasons and a ton of tinkering / fixing numerous issues with ..... basically everything, the tune is stable (if it's wandering, something wrong) and is quite fun to ride. This season haven't even got the streetglide out.....
Have fun, good luck, and please, keep us posted.

Also, im QUITE interested in what you come up with for intercooler. My performance drops at or near 110 IAT. HUGE difference.... JS

The clutch hydraulic system is open, meaning fluid can flow freely in either direction UNLESS the lever is pulled, or slightly pulled, then it's a closed system. While it's a bad situation to have any kind of heat directed onto the slave cylinder, the heat is not causing the fluid to expand & releasing the spring pressure on the clutch pack. As the fluid expands, unless lever is pulled slightly (or all the way) the fluid will just go back into resivour. Look somewhere else for your slippage. In my opinion, probably improperly assembled.
Just my opinion.

Please elaborate on the improperly assembled part? Because I don’t see any way to assemble it wrong 🤷🏻‍♂️ but I’m open to any suggestions.
If you're running a barret clutch with the extra disk, it most certainly can be assembled improperly. I know, because I did it. Had it assembled & it felt funny, just turning by hand. I looked & looked then read the directions that came with it. The first disk, don't recall if it was a steel or friction, cuz it was awhile ago, but the first one was slightly different. I just put it together as I had disassembled it. I don't recall exactly, but I did disassemble it, paid much closer attention when reassembling it and found there IS one that's different. Put it in correct place & once done, everything spun, by hand, the way it should. There most certainly IS a way to screw it up, and i know because I did it. It WILL allow one to assemble improperly, and in that configuration it did not release completely creating drag when clutch engaged. My guess without seeing it & having my hands on it is something internal is not correct.
I most certainly don't mean to insinuate that you don't know what you're doing, because OBVIOUSLY you do, but if I was you, I would look elsewhere for the excessive drag. It's not the fluid expanding.

Good luck

Either make 300 possible all the time, on the street ( only momentarily as speed becomes an issue quickly) or go for broke...... see just how far you can go. But the unfortunate thing about that is when you pass the limit, it gets REALLY EXPENSIVE.......
My vote is to just ride it & enjoy your success. Blow away almost any bike from light to light, and most definitely ANY HD.....
