SERT map for 1250, Rinehart 2 into 2, K&N filter with and without semi topless

Here's a couple maps for the SERT. First one is a map that worked well for my 1250 with K&N, Rinehart 2:2 staggered pipes before my airbox mod. After cutting the front out of the airbox and adding the short front velocity stack, I had it retuned. The second file is from the retune. It's a starting point, but I think it still needs work. Maybe somebody can tell me what they think it needs. I find that it doesn't run as well cold -- it's a little hesitant and I get a backfire or two, but it seems to run well when warm.

SERT, Rinhart 2 into 1, K&N, Topless for VRSCSE2

This link gives a lengthy background to this map:
http://www.1130cc.com/forums/showthread.php?p=780369#post780369

The short of it is I installed a Rinehart 2 into 1, K&N Filter and went topless on my '06 Screamin Eagle. I changed the file name to mean something to me but not sure if it follows any suggested naming convention. SKIROD suggested the tuner and apparently it got some really good numbers 123 HP, 85 Torque. Has some popping on deceleration and a random pop while cruising as mentioned in other threads but the tuner said he tried to get it all out and what is left is the nature of the pipe.

If one of the experts here wouldn't mind looking at it and giving me their opinion, it would be appreciated. Print out is terrible but my scanner is not working so I had to fax it to a PDF file.

Since I've been getting a few PM's for basic CFR maps I took all the hard work Mike put in and came up with this. It should be a good base for a custom CFR tune.

Pipe - CFR
AF - K&N

2004 VRSCA/Supertrap/Amsoil Air Filter/Topless

This is my map done by Cartersville HD today. The dyno sheet will be posted as soon as I figure out how to reduce the file size. The numbers may not look that great but this is the best my bike has ever run. Smooth power and crisp throttle response throughout the entire RPM range and the AFR is spot on.

Updated maps for 1250 Rinehart 2-1.

Here are a couple of maps to try .
The one named Ace was for my GMs bike (no time limit) and I cleaned up most of the quirks associated with this pipe.
First off let me say this. make sure you have no exhaust leaks before you start. (tighten everything up just to make sure) as one bike had more decel pop than the other .SKIROD installed the GMs pipe and had less decell pop.
But it made a little less peak HP both made 120+SAE HP (who cares??) EVERY BIKE IS DIFFERENT.

The other map is an updated version of rayrays map with changes made in the warmup fuel and cruise rpms in the + - 3500rpm area.

Both are good maps
See which one your bike likes and let me know

2002-2004 1130cc, Rinehart 2 into 1/Screamin Eagle air cleaner and topless.

This is converted entirely from Streetrodder06's custom map that he was so kind to share. I copied the tables and pasted them from there. I made the decel enleanment table back to the basemap's specs as I was having severe deceleration popping from 5k rpm to 3k rpm. I also changed the 0% throttle settings to that of my Jug Hugger map and it cleaned up nearly all the popping, aside the occasional pop in somwheres near 3k rpm which is minimal compared to where it was. Now it is just a little burbling, and not much at that.

Props to Streetrodder06 for sharing this map with us! :notworth: This map FRIGGIN ROCKS!!!! Performance aplenty throughout the entire rpm range! :ride:

AceVRSCSE8.MT6 converted for 2002-2004 1130cc VRSC

Using Calibration #16 for 16ga pipes, I copy and pasted the tables from Srod's Ace Map for the VRSCSE's. (Thanks for sharing that Srod!!! :notworth: )

A couple differences:

  1. Rev limit is at 9300 rpm.
  2. Idle is at 1200 rpm.
  3. Engine size is set at 1130cc

I ran around town for a 40 mile jaunt and had not one pop on decel, throttle responce was great and it idles smooth as can be.

UPDATE: Bike gets about 35 mpg cruising the interstate at 80-90 mph, and more cruising 50 mph on two laners. Bike has NEVER POPPED on decel and performance is better than ever. This is a GREAT MAP!!!

tray's Final Map 2006 1250 Rinehart 2-1/Topless/Amsoil AF

Here is my final map. As I noted in other threads I started with a Map by Srod (Stu) created for RayRay's SE2. I then tried a couple others from Stu and ended up using the Galvez Map. Tweaked this one as well as I could before taking to the dealer for final tuning.

Here is a map for 2006 D's and R's with Stock exhaust without baffles, topless, side-less, K&N or Amsoil air filter leaned out a little for hot and humid conditions 93 octane B.P. with 10% Ethanol. This map was made by road testing and logging data with a Twinscan 2. The only thing I can guarantee is that it works good for me. If you have any problems with it let me know I can probably fine tune it for your set up. As far as I know it should work in the 07's including the DX.

Calibration #16 MAP for '07 VRSC

I created a new '07 version of Calibration #16 using the new data format found in the lasted release of the SERT software. I cut the data from the original Calibration #16 file (127NF002-B0.mt6) and pasted it into the Calibration #61 MAP file. This MAP has different RPM ranges from the previous MAP, so I extrapolated the numbers for the new data fields (basically splitting the difference between the row above & below it).

Does anybody have a map file for a 2003 1130cc with CFR pipes K&N filter and topless that they would be willing to share?

Thanks
If it does not load, just cut and paste the tables into one of your maps, if you do not know how to do this send me a PM and I will help you.

Can anyone convert the file in this link: http://www.1130cc.com/forums/showpost.php?p=278414&postcount=15

To an MT6 file for me?? It would be appreciated:notworth: . Thanks, Bryan
Converted. Only problem is the accel and decel tables...there are none in the mt5 file so I used tables from another map for the Rinehart 2-1, which is similar, but you likely will need adjusting there.

2007 1130CC VRSCAW, V&H 2 into 1, Amsoil Air Cleaner

Hi Guys,

Since nobody had the same setup I did with the new V&H 2 into 1 pipe, I took my bike to the dealership and had them run it on the dyno.

Everything is stock except:
V&H 2 into 1 exhaust
AMsoil air cleaner

Here is the map file they came up with. The bike sounds great and is running the best it ever has since I bought it.

Pre Dyno #'s with mods:
HP = 96.48
Max Torque = 69.97

Final Dyno #'s with mods:
HP = 103.47
Max Torque = 71.04

06 VRSCR VMod K&N Map from Dyno and my current Map

Attached are two map files for my '06 VRSCR with (self done) V-Mod pipes, Topless, K&N. The base map files I started with was Dale R's from http://www.1130cc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=799&page=2 post #65.

The first map (DYNO_MAP2_vmod2_seth_07_25_07.MT6) is from my Dyno tune. Max HP was measured at 117.6, Max Torque at 80.5. The cylinders were NOT individually tuned.

The second map (seth_07_25_07_eniriched at 5k.MT6) is enriched around 5K RPM for some very slight surging I was getting at cruise.

The bike has been running perfect with the second tune, although I have not been running it really hard (no WOT runs).

Need some one to open this with v460

I have version 452 and I cant open the file because it was made with a newer tuner. If you could put it on excel for me that would be great then I can copy and paste into my mt6 file. I was hoping to have this loaded before I go to KC leaving at 10:00 the 20th. It's suppose to be a map for 58 tb on a 1130.

Thanks
