I changed my 06 "D" to a 240. Didn't change the swingarm either.

Talked to Steve at V-Mod. He got me everything I needed. Narrow drive belt, rear sprocket, belt guard, front and rear tires and wheels, etc.

Easy job.
Where can I find info for VMod. I just got my V and really would like to talk to others who can give me solid info

No need to change the swing arm. Just tidy the casting a little and you’ll have to cut the brake caliper bracket to allow wheel clearance.
I’ve just done it on my 2006 night rod.
Changed the bearings in the wheel and pulley to allow use of the original axle.
Used a vrod muscle rear pulley and a screamin’ eagle narrow belt.
I also removed the tail supports and added a tail tidy but the rear number plate holder can be cut.
I’m also not running a belt guard out f personal choice but again it can be trimmed to clear the wider wheel.

@Mac22 any chance you can refer me to the correct site and parts?
