Fork reflector question

A quick question--

Can you easily remove the orange front fork reflector? If so, are you left with a hole in the fork?

Just curious, mainly bacause I'm looking at swapping an '06 tail with a '07 (one has reflectors, one doesn't), but it doesn't make much sense unless I can remove the one on the front (symmetry? It's a good thing.)

Ok

No holes, just 2 sided tape. Take em off. Thats the 1st thing I did when I got my bike.

skip the hair dryer and just use a shoe lace.

I used fishing line to get mine off.

Heat gun and a plastic scraper. WD40 to remove glue smudges. Done.

hmm i must be Hercules. i just grabbed them and ripped them off by hand. No glue left behind

I am having mine chromed, they did the work for me!
You will have a hole behind the reflector if you use a drill to remove them! HAHAHA!
