Hey if I recall this was a much stronger pulling map than the one you are using. Only diff is you are running with the SERT base map which probably makes it richer. You could apply your newfound theories to this one as well. I would still go with the SERT.
Posted a SERT map for test purposes
Hey buddy...
well I played around alittle more last night and today.....and got the pc3 map real close, runs nice and any slight pop i get is very slight,no more huge gunshot/cannons....
so,being the anal person I am...i decided to take your advice & play around with SERT TIMING,after seeing what you were doing with your SERT map...
First I tried your SERT map and a ZERO pc3 map....wasnt enough fuel for my setup, lots of surging...but the bottom end where you BUMPED the timing really felt awesome....pulled real hard and barely any backtalk from my modded TH.
so,knowing this....I took MY PREVIOUS BASE SERT MAP(176ZL001-A1) and simply pasted in your SERT MAP TIMING from 5000rpms downward....and then loaded it in with SERT....I then went back to MY BEST PC3 MAP and loaded it....
I gotta say,the bike feels like I added 20 HP from 2000-3500RPMS!....its simply hauls the mail down low like never before...no more stutters anywhere down low like it had before....the timing bump also helped to reduce the backtalk even moreso too!....
thanks for the ideas and theories here....I feel this is the best its been ever.
here are the MAPS below Im using...anyone with SERT and PC3 might want to try this setup if you have a THUNDERHEADER with lots of popping,or even if you have no popping, this setup rocks!
