Well, I have the Arnott's on the rear and Frank's Front Fork Slam Kit on the front....

I've decided to go with a second Arnott compressor to work the front independently (sp?) from the rear...

I've talked to Ken and he said that with 5 or more orders, he can get us the compressors for $250 shipped.

This is the kit: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Arno...QcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ35569QQihZ025QQitemZ380014031266QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

Just wondering if there was at least 4 others out there that want another compressor so that we could all take advantage of the discount?

I would be in, but I don't think i can fit another compressor in my airbox.

Just put it where your rear wheel is supposed to go... :stilpoke:

Nobody else wants/needs a second compressor?

You could just run more solenoids and not use a second compressor. I have both kits that I am putting on my DX and that is what I intend on doing. You just have to work out the switches to control it. There are several ways of doing it but I am going to run 4 solenoids so that I can raise and lower the front and rear independent of each other.

You do not need a second compressor!!!!Just get the 2 way toggle air valve from Clippard and you are ready to go!! No need for an extra solenoid.Let me go look at mine and see what part # it is.

Not done securing this all down, butthe valve is a TV-2S in the Clippard Minimatic catalog. In the pic you can see were I mounted the valve.Billy(halfnutz67)put his in his horn cover. You can put it anywhere you can reach. It looks like a spagetti mess but its really easy to configure the layout.Just make sure all the fittings are tight and use the liquid thread sealant.Teflon tape sucked!!!

Also ,my relay setup is a lil different because I have a PLatinum air ride with bleed feed system.I use air to lift and lower plus it uses air for rebound!

SlammedRod,

What is the part number for the unit with the 4 solenoids on it? I would be interested in seeing the specs on that.

It came with the Platinum Air Ride kit.I think it's something they make for this setup.I'll look and see if there are any part #'s on it

Sorry to bring back an old long dead thread, A question for Slammed Rod. Can you post how the system air in routed throughout the various pieces please. I am trying to trace then through the air box cover to view but I get sort of lost on some of them. I understand your system in not like others. It also looks as though the compressor is a VIAIR 95C, is that correct? I was looking at the 98C for my setup which is very similar in size with a greater CFM.

If anyone else has adapted this system into a modified design please post the changes. I know this a very old setup. I was thinking a single air source but a second set of solenoids and another set of switches. That's pretty complicated and expensive when your looking at a $20 toggle switch.
