Ok guys, a while back I was having an issue with my bike where it would very briefly stutter while at highway speed, it would only do it every once in awhile though, and every time I could throttle through it. After this happened a couple of times I decided to look into it, because of our "awesome" gas we have available (super always) I looked there first. I drained the tank, wiped all the residue out and then refilled it. The bIke was running good for about 2 months and then it was back. This time was a lot more frequent, now anywhere under 5,000rpm and it stutters, I can always throttle through it, and 80mph+ (5000+) it runs like a champ. I've already replaced the plugs, filter and pump, drained the gas a second time, and made sure the pick up sock was not collapsed. The fact that I can throttle through it leads me to believe it's fuel related, but the only thing really left is the regulator and injectors. Sorry for the essay, but figured I'd let you all know exactly what im dealing with. Thanks greatly for any help!

it happened to my bike also between 4000 and 4500 rpm's. same exact symptoms as yours. after rsc did some research he found that the map sensor was bad. we replaced it and it has been fine ever since. part #32316-99 map sensor
