I have been riding motorcycles, off and on, all my life. But I quit when I got married, 25 years ago. Well, now I am old and riding again. I started back out on Groms and the like. Ending up with a 2024 Freedom Fighter 200. Great fun, but I wanted a Harley, to ride with my dad, even though I am not really a Harley guy. I more prefer sport bikes. I spend much of my free time in the mountains, around the tail of the Dragon, or Foothills Parkway.

So I came across the V Rod and decided I must have one. I found exactly what I wanted. Mid Controls, Black frame and a 180 rear tire, for some lean action. It had been sitting for several years, with almost no miles on it. So I have some work to do. In the two weeks I have had it, the rear brake line burst and the primary fuel line split. Sourcing either has been nigh impossible. So, I have managed to figure out that Harley used PA12C connectors for the fuel lines, I will make my own. I have managed to find a local company that can repair my rear brake line. I hope to have it back on the road by next week.

But for now, Here is my baby!! Oh and I just found a set of matching, factory saddlebags for it. They will be here in a week or so. My personalized plate will be here in a couple weeks. H2O HD

Great minds think alike!! I spent days trying to come up with something that said it was a Porche/Harley team project. But nothing ever seemed to work. So, Water Harley!
I just realized mine reads HDH20, but for the same reason as your's. I also noticed all the vintage pinball machines in your garage/business. My parents owned a bar in the '90's and pumped a lot of quarters into "The Addam's Family" pinball machine. I always wanted to buy one for my game room, but prices skyrocketed and I never purchased one.

Yes, my shop is on 411, just before you turn off to the Dragon. I spend a lot of time in Townsend and on the parkway. And yea I have tried searching for that part number. No one has one available anywhere.

I own Randy's Pinball Repair. I travel all over the Southeast fixing up pinball machines. I bought my wife an Addams Family Pin probably 15 years ago now. We still love it dearly! I even have an Addams family tattoo :D
