reached 140,000 on my ride up the coast today. Beautiful ride up the coast to Sea Ranch for lunch and then back down though the
Sonoma valley. It's also time for new tires :D

Excellent! The new "upgraded" speedo is worth getting.

I changed my belt at about 80k when I switched to a 28 tooth drive. Only "major" thing done was to replace the radiator and water pump at 75-80k. Other than that, just change the oil and plugs regularly (and tires!) :)

Hmmm - Not impressed

140,000 miles on a 7 year old bike?

Here is my 3 year old bike with 72+K on it. Dakota Digital gauges. Mileage lower right hand corner. Reading is actually a bit low. Lost a 1000 miles or so when I installed the gauges.

Congrats Shoe. Bought it to ride not sit in a garage collecting dust, right?

Yep,
I don't understand how anyone can just let their V just sit in the garage - unless its snowing.....

BTW, I bought the bike in '04.....just sayin.
