I think it has lots of potential. I think they took a good idea and horribly missed the mark though. The 27 different shades of grey, chrome and silver look bad, the wheels need to go, the rings on everything need to go, the lettering on the tank needs to go, flat black and chrome go together like bright white sneakers and dress slacks. I saw the exhaust in a different thread and it's not to my liking either.

Fender, seat, bars and headlight look good though, could have been a badass bike.

Agreed...Potential and Different is what I'm looking for at a reasonable cost. After all those goofy things are removed is the potential and the attitude there?
Absolutely, it's a good look on the bike IMO.

giving it a decent colour cordinated paint scheme would transform it .
I'm thinking of doing this with a black frame "B" and then powder
coating the engine covers, and different wheels....and, and, and I can do most of the work myself....I figure between 8-9k with the
price of the bike....about a 1000 in parts and powdercoating.

But the plus is it would be one quick bobber

potential - I like the headlight and fender. All the silver rivets (or whatever they are) and lettering need to go. Frame needs to be black. Engine chrome needs to go, but not sure if the engine needs to be all black - There should be some contrast between bike and engine.

I actually like the wheels - I think they go well with the look of the bike.

:them:

Black the frame or Dark gray at least (good segway to the chrome) leave some chrome on the motor black the rest...totally black the front side covers :bash: lose the X-Rod and it wouldn't look bad at all to my eyes. ;)
