Bought my buell wheel off ebay and as soon as it get here its getting sent to kosman to become 18". Never seen it done so figured id be the guinea pig.

Why would you want to go to a 18? Most people buy the Buell wheels because theres so much more tire options.
not sure yet. Think I might try it with a 17 and see how it looks.
Not if you have a wide frame bike. Noone makes a 240/17 tireThat's alot of work to go 18s with the Buells :hmm::hmm:
My '05 got the Buells on it and I Just got another set for the '02.

Well,if this is what an 18 inch Buell wheel does to a V-rod,I say stop now.That motorcycle is horrible looking.

Buckeye826 has been running a 17" marchesini in the front and a kosman widened and stretched 18" 240 marchesini on the back for a while now. Very sharp looking IMHO.
no kidding lol.
I looked in his gallery but didnt see pics. I think im going to stick w 17 for the front.

pretty sure i talked to this cat at a local bike night the day after I installed my supercharger. He told me he had a trask turbo'd dx and wanted to put widened buell wheels on it. I was like good luck findin a 240/17. He loved my fenderless look too. Prolly why he did it too. Orange wheels on a black bike??? wtf??
