I have a 2006 V-ROD and it was sitting like 2 months,and when I wanted to start it,it would just spin over....i checked the plugs and they are bone dry...why is it not getting fuel... pump seems ok.

Check your battery. If the battery is weak, it may have just enough charge / cranking amps for the starter but not enough to power the ECM, fuel pump, etc. If it starts with a boost, then let it charge up your battery to see if it can accept a full charge. Parasitic loads like security will drain down the battery, which is why you should always use a tenderer.
