My dad has a 2004 VRSCA and he is selling the aftermarket exhaust that’s on it to get a stock exhaust. Our local craigslist has a stock 2014 v-rod exhaust for $100 and we’re wondering if it would fit on his bike? Even if he had to buy a new bracket to hold the mufflers on the back, it would still be a good deal for him… Any help is appreciated! Thanks
All the exhausts will fit in the cyl heads, the issue is the bracketry for the mufflers and the mountings for those brackets on the frame. Some fabrication may be required. The only other issue is if the exhaust you are looking at is a VRSCF Muscle exhaust (probably not) one front pipe will block off the oil dipstick as the Muscle has a different dipstick location.
