Hey guys,

I am taking the plunge and doing the 240 conversion to my '04 "B", using 07 AW wheel, skinny belt, machined rear pulley.

Problems is my wheel is on back order, and I dont want to take my rear pulley off as I want to keep using the bike!!!!

V-MOD dont have any pulley that are already machined down ready to go, so I need to buy a used one and send it to them.

Can someone tell me what the stock pulley is on 2004 "B"? Is it the same for other model VROD? This will help me with my classifieds/ebay search!!!!!!!

Thanks guys...

PS if anyone has one for sale please PM me:D

Is the 72 tooth pulley from a 2002 VROD the same as for the 2004 "B"? Part number for the '02 is 40431-01

All v-rods use a 72 tooth pulley and all of the wide pulleys will fit any of the v-rods.

That 40431-01 part number doesn't make sense. 2002 stock 72T rear pulley is 40429-01. There are two others that are for the wide belts: 40191-01 (chrome billet) and 40583-06 (black).
