Do want them truly those diameters or the standard clearance diameters used on USS or SAE series flat washers?
If you want close tolerance check out the previous link to mcmaster and look up spacers, arbor and or bearing types.

I keep forgetting about the new NAPA across the street from Pep Boys at 28th St on Bell.
