http://www.kosmanracing.com/ He did my 180 reactor for around $600 plus shipping. Not sure if that is still the price, but gives you an idea. I powder coated them textured black and left the weld seem to give it that look. So you will have some polishing to do on the weld and the cost of chrome if you want the pretty stuff. I think I sent you pics a while back, I can post more if you need.

You may ask him, he wanted the chrome removed on mine so I had to blast it. Here is the before and after paint pictures.

It will definetely show through the gloss black cuz it even shows through my wrinkle. You may even run into a few small pits after you have them sanded where the weld dipped below the surface of the lips. You can either sand and have them touched up with weld or have them powdered coated and sand and repowder coat and it should fill the areas. One clean passof powder can range from 6-12 mils (mil is roughly thousandths) so it is pretty thick. Just be sure to have your powder coater mask the bearing races and your rotor mounting bosses, especially the fronts or it will mess with the ability of your rotors to "float". Good luckand let me know if I can help. I have a guy here that I work with that powders all of my frames and wheels. It is the same powder Harley uses on the frames. I think he charged me $100 for my wheels and sprocket and he is good to work with on the masking part and knows the inportance. If you can't find anyone up there you trust, ship them down here and I wil have him him do it and I will ship them back for you.
