I installed the Kuryakyn "Switchblades" with the heel rest that pivots up under the pad when not in use. They're excellent for highway cruising, like having floorboards. When in Town or in the twisties on the way down Hwy. 1 to Big Sur, I fold 'em up and outta the way. I removed the "curb feelers" altogether.

I have them and really enjoy them. I took the curb feelers off of both sides...they were feeling too much curb. Have yet to scrap the pad or the heel rest portion.

As far as looks, I find your diamond plate set up the most eye catching and appealing, second is the HD flames. For comfort, I still have to go with the Switchblades. Any other straight peg makes my right foot cramp on long rides.
