The throttle sticks, is there a quick fix or adjustment I can make to correct this. I did replace the battery but it does not appear that the throttle cable is pinched. Any help would be great.

Are you sure you're not accidentally brushing the throttle lock on with your thumb? Easy enough to do with gloves on ....... it's the little wheel thing on the bottom of the twist grip just where the cables come out ..... (basic H-D cruise control, haha)
