Hi new here but lurked in the forums awhile. I have a 2015 nightrod and I'm planing on removing my rear turns. I'm aware when going to leds and what not I need a equalizer/stabilizer but I'm under the impression that's if I remove or convert the front turns to leds and not the rears. Also my bike does not have the alarm system. Thanks for any info on this!

You need a load equalizer regardless. Biketronics sells a plug and play that works just fine. Plug it in between the wiring harness and the light connector up front and you are off and running.
There are other ways to simulate the loss of "load" but it is the simplest.
