I agree. The magazine's I read did say "corrected". It's hands down obviously a faster bike than a V-rod, most 600 sport bikes are too, but from the three articles I read about the Max yesterday it is a real handfull to run in the 1/4, just like most 600s. Don't anyone assume that a good rider on a v-rod couldn't beat a marginal rider on the max in a drag race especially the 1/8th mile. BUT...... I read that Andrew Hines got an 11.3 out of a Muscle, bone stock. Andrew himself said he got an 11.5 out of an X, bone stock, so the Vmax is obviously capable of destroying a v-rod at the strip, as anyone would expect out of 170+ RWHP.
