VIN Sticker / Label

I bought a new frame to my VRSCSE 2005. (Fro a harley dealer, especially made with the exact same vin I already had) I never realized that the new frame was missing the VIN sticker located on the left side tube above the front cylinder on the engine. Since it is a "restricted part #" I had to return the old frame so there's no way I can look at the old sticker. I purchased the frame while I was living in the US but now I have moved back to sweden and tried to register my bike at the "swedish DMV". Didn't work out to well. I'm missing the label and cant register the bike without it. I recall having one at my old bike but never realized that I might need it later on...
I dont even know what was on it. Of course it had the vin# but there are other stuff on it as well. I called "Department of transportation" and explained my problem.
I said: The VIN# is stamped in the frame! I could do a sticker myself!
He said: Well, I didn't tell you that, but it might be possible...
I went to a local dealer and they were very helpful, but the "Swedish" label doesn't look the same...
I called HD Sweden, they said call USA. I called HD USA, they said call the dealer where you bought the frame. I called the dealer where I got the frame but they didnt know. Im stuck!!!
I don't know what to do?
Does anyone have a clue?
