Looks like it. I think the stabilizing wheels rotate downwards for stops as the rider would probably be paraplegic. This means he or she can ride a 'normal' 2-wheeled bike without going the trike route.

There is a HD that I have seen in Towson that has handicapped plates. I have to take a good look at it next time I see it.

I used to at college... then got a ticket, I raised high hell trying to talk my way outta the $4, but I was in the wrong, I hadn't displayed my 'Handicapped permit' (it was in my car) was told I wouldn't have gotten the ticket if it was displayed.... you live, you learn..... I also got a ticket for parking my bike in the Dean's spot :rofl2: ...had to pay that one too! How did I know it was his reserved spot? I just went around the up-and-down thing and parked in the closest spot to the doors:slap: :coff:
