Does anyone know when the new version came out and did they recall the old ones from vendors or cont to sell them as well?

They continued to sell them. I ordered a set 2 weeks ago from riders discount and the updated version was shipped. I was wondering the same thing as you when I ordered.

I actualy just ordered from Deniss Kirk and I spoke with the tech to verify that.
They didn't even know there was an improved version.
And talked to them again today after I had them call V&H.
I also spoke with V&H Friday .
And DK shipped the "new one" today.
FYI - it was $699 !
