Used PCIII for a 2013 NRS

Theres a used PCIII in the classifieds that I would like to pick up if itll work on my bike. It's a 809-510 and I guess it came off an 07 NRS. So could I download a new map for my set up and go? I don't know much about them. Thanks for any help
