I'm gonna watch that, as I also have a set that came with the bike.

I was gonna try putting them back on, but the other way around for extra length.
Never got around to it though.

Steve's top tip for selling V-Rod parts - offer postage to the EU , it expands your market considerably :)
Postage isn't expensive unless you get over 10 Kgs and the buyer pays it after all.
So far i've sold a radiator to Finland , 5 gallon tank to Switzerland , a clutch basket to Poland , a base plate and rack to France etc etc......

Just a note - your description says you'll post to europe but the 'Post To' locations only list the UK - you'll need to change it otherwise the europeans won't be able to find your auction when they browse the 'items available to my country' bits of Ebay......

Just another note from another regular Ebayer :)

A small packet weighing 900g would cost £6.05 Airmail to anywhere in Europe, & should be there in 3 days.

The same small packet, via surface mail (sometimes thought of as economy) would cost £6.32 & could take up to 5 weeks to get there,

here's the post office pricing links..
