What's the recommended way to ty down the VRod for trailering. What's the best anchor points.

In the front I wrap around the lower triple tree. In the back I use the upper shock mounts. Went all the way to KC (1250 miles) last year with no problems. Just make sure you use good tiedowns. I use some nice sheepskin covers on them to protect the bike from scuffs.

V-Rods are'nt meant to be trailered. leave the trailers to the baggers and sporster wanna be's. go out and ride it and enjoy it.

I tie down on triple tree in front but on the rear I tie to the frame down low. Use the continous straps that came with the bick when shipped from the factory. I hauled from Florida to Sturgis no problem.
