Used the TTS very successfully on several bikes (HD aircoolers) in the past. Going to try it on my VRSCX 1250 now with Supertrapp V5 and K&N. I typically load the closest base map, then do my VTune runs. Usually have pretty good coverage in the VTunes, X should be fun. I sometimes send my finished map off to Doc and he fine tunes it.
Question is a lot of maps are for the Muscules out there. I woudl assume the maps are for 1250's are similar between an DX/X and the F - if the exhaust is the same. Dont really know about the pipe performance options for the F, but when they state slipons, do they retain the pipes on both sides? Haven't seen anyone mention a F with 2:1 system.
I do know that the 12 models are completely different maps. A new TTS module and software should be coming out in the next couple of weeks. It actually saves the original calib and current map on the module itself from what I understand.
Any suggestions on a good starting map to run instead of the TTS A/C only maps.
thanks in advance
