Hi everyone, I have always wanted a night rod, but because of life commitments I haven't been able to settle in a placa for last years. I just knew last month that it has been discontinued and decided to buy a second hand one. Here in europe prices are a bit insane. Nothing below 12000e. I spotted a decent 2004 Vrod for 8000, but it has chromed details such as grill, speedometer, rear suspension and fork, also aluminum engine and very ugly rims. Could this be painted to black for a full night rod look?

Powder coat would be a far better option. I have done that to quite a few parts of mine.
