Can someone please tell me if I have this wrench set @ 100 ft lbs? I don't understand the numbers (0-8) closest to the handle. What are they used for?

I've never used a torque wrench like this and it didn't come with instructions.

Thanks
Ted

Yup, that is at 100 pounds. I use one just like that one, get it to the line for the setting you want with 0 lined up on the indicator line.

Yes, 100 ft lbs. Snap-on makes a nice wrench.

Yep. The numbers you asked about are for more precise settings. Say you need 102 foot pounds then you would twist the zero to until you reached 2. Get it?

Edit: You beat me to it Scott. Thanks.
