Thought I might of missed something on the Star raider. Nope, doesn't compare.
1. Its heavy to lift off the jiffy.
2. Slow speed 5mph is an effort. the bike wants to tip.
3. Vibrations are very annoying. Transfers up into the bars.
4. Seat is wider, not as easy to flat foot, although the seat seems to be more comfortable.
5. no pillon to speak of. Seat is just too small for anything but a child.
6. repair is a pia, getting at the engine seems to be a major task.
7. darn thing wants to run straight, has to be hauled around tight corners.
8. has to be pulled out of a tight lean.
9. gauges nothing to speak of
10. Not as smooth.
It appears it was a quick design to compete, and is really a chromed up 1300 V*.
