Looking to replace the ME880 on the 03. Presently it has 120/70zr19 on the front and 200/50zr18 on the rear. Tried to upgrade to the ME888, but the 200/50zr18 is only sold in Europe. Has anyone have experience with Avon 120/70zr19 with the Avon 200/55R18 combination? The 200/55r18 is about an inch larger in diameter than the Metzler. Handling issues? Or should I just go back to the 180?

Thanks

Avons with the 200 on the rear is what I have on my 03 now I started out with dunlop then avon then metz now back to avon I can not say any thing bad about avon or metz for me the avon wore a little better and I just like that the avon is about one inch taller and that is the height that the bike was made for the tire is little more round on sides I also have a 02 with the metz 200 on it I can not compare the ride and say which handles the best to be honest because the 02 has been lowered 1 inch in front and 12 inch shocks on the rear and the 200 metz is about 1 inch shorter in the rear yet but when parked side by side looking at them from the rear the metz looks like a wider tire you do not need to worry about how they will preform which ever you decide they will hold the road good.
