I’m a fan of Thundermax and use them in all my bikes when applicable . I picked up a 05 VRSCSE over the summer and finally got to putting a Thundermax on it and got a Fitzgerald sucker punch exhaust . It idles and drives nice until it gets totally warmed up

idling it surges like a Alcohol funny car with a blower surge until it stalls out.

I can see the rear cylinder trim is trying to add and pull fuel im sure from the pressure pulses going back up the pipe affecting the 02 sensor

idle is set at 1280, aft Idle at Zero throttle percent 13.8 .
Getting it on the dyno will be ideal when I have the time but for now it will do . Thanks for the help

Could i maybe get the tune that you’re using? I just put one on my 05 se as well and the thing is running like shit

Talk to Scott but a quick fix may be add a db reducer or restrict the pipe outlet to provide the backpressure it's lost - it's probably lean surging like you say - while its running just cover the pipe outlet with a shovel about half way and see what happens it'll probably settle down. That will prove the need for more fuel or a permanent db reducer - or both and you can act accordingly. Revo engine has to have some backpressure
