The two nuts won't twist in opposite directions? left hand threaded? Would assume the barrel on the upper side houses the threaded end. Appears to be fully retracted, but I don't recognize the cable as stock. Usually, you can disassemble the unit if you can get at least one loosened then work on the twist grip ferrules.
throttle / idle cable adjustment stumped
I got some new grips for my 05 . I have changed plenty of grips on other bikes . simple to loosen the cables and swap them but this one has a black sleeve that seems to be crimped so I cant loosen the lock nut and back the tension off the cable. I feel like a Idiot that I am stumped by this .
