I noticed I was getting some hard starts and thought it had been at least 4 years since I replaced the battery. I figured it was better to replace than wait. So when I went into Batteries Plus, I asked the guy if he could tell how long I have had it, he pointed to a sticker......2013.

Before a tender, I would maybe get 2 years on batteries. When its not running, plug it in.

I bought my Street Rod in 2010,always keep it on a tender whenever possible. I just looked it up, I changed out the battery in 2016 !

I am not the original owner,I'm at least the 2nd owner of the bike. remphoto ,the member who owned it prior to me may have changed the battery during his short time owning it. Although going by the mileage at the time I bought the bike- just shy of 8000 miles, I doubt it. He also kept the bike on a tender.
