Does anyone have the tear down procedures for a 2004 vrod gauges and type of led's that are within(and how many) so i may order me some. i wish to install a new color.

There was a real nice write up at onetime on this.There were part #'s and soldering procedures.Some nice pics too.I don't feel like searching,you'll have to do this.

yeah i found it a few minutes ago but its very confusing on the right led's to buy since there is so many kinds. I sent a pm asking for help on the right led's

Ordered some blue Leds for the background and some green Leds for the needles. Going to replace the resistors for the blue Leds to make brighter. I have done alot of soldering in the past on circuits boards and larger switches and lights so I shouldn't have a problem. So far everything part wise has cost me around 30 bucks. If anyone else has done this on there own and have any pointers to give please speak.

Got everything taken apart now waiting on leds. wow the leds are small.
