Traveling at about 50+mph on these beautiful Boston roads when I hit a manhole that is about 3" sunk into the road and my tail lamp cover falls off. I didn't realize this untill I got home.
No chance of retrieving this - route 9 is extremely congested in Boston.
Figures the one area I can get the bike out of 1st gear and it's all pot holes. I hate this Liberal dumb ass city.:soapbox:

Mine popped off Labor Day. Was cracking with spider/hairline cracks before this. I just returned home from the dealer. They replaced mine under the warranty. I took the last one from their stock.

Now if Doc can just get my new LED made a little quicker I'd be happier.

add a dab of clear silicone, thats what i had to do the bottom pops up

Get a roll of 1" wide 3M double faced permenant heavy duty foam adhesive tape. Put strips along the top and two trinagle sections on the sides. Carfully position and press into place. It will not come off easy now. The small adhesive that HD puts on it is a joke and it is actuially not thick enough.
