Swingarm Axis Tube End Cover

Hi Gang,

I hope this is the correct place to post this. I bought a used Vrod and it has chrome swingarm axis tube covers installed. Are these covers threaded and wound in place? I'm going to remove them to install Cyclevision saddlebag supports but I'm not familiar with them, and if I can remove them without damaging them, that would be good.

A small block of wood & hammer. Easy tapping, just press fit. Mask the chrome before caps kiss the floor.
