I run my '07 DX; V5 (12 discs and no endcap); topless with SE air filter. You need to use the discs; if you are running the pipe with no discs and no endcap, why did you waste your money? You could've put one of many open pipes on your header? If you want my map, send me an email - mikes1hog@comcast.net.

12 disks and no cap is about the equivelant of 22 disks and the cap on. I would be willing to bet that you would love how the lower end picked up if you pulled about 10 of those disks out of there. Just my .02, it's pretty common knowledge that the best low end torque, top end horsepower compromise with the trapp is around 12 disks with the cap on, cap off is the equivelant of 10 disks according to Suppertrapp.

I have a map posted in the PCIII maps section for a V5 with open cap and three disks. I would give it a try and see what you think.
