Excellent condition no scratches or tears. When you mount the seat there's a ring a bolt goes through that ring has a little clip in it but does not affect the mounting at all.
190 plus $50 shipping. I bought it for my 2006 V-Rod A and I didn't like it it was a little too big for me but it's in excellent condition.
