Assuming you are talking about the pillion seat as you mention rear fender, then no it won't.
Mountings are different, 02-06 use 1 central bolt fixing whereas 07 on use 2 bolts, one either side.
Sundowner Fit
Looked for a thread that answered this but no luck so started new post.
Will the Sundowner for 02-06 fit an 07 D? I know they share a 180 fender but does the bigger tank mean the Sundowner won't fit?
