The bike has a lean spot at 3500-4000 rpm right now running stage 1 flash but other then that it runs good. I think that using the flash for the Force pipe would probably take care of the running but like I say these things are loud. Since I like to ride fast they may be a little to much of an attention getter for me.
LOL urprey, you have to understand these things are LOUD. I already removed them, for my riding style they are just to LOUD. While the slip on screaming eagle that I have are not loud enough these things are the extreme the other way.
Max, that sounds awsome. But, like you, my style is a tad different. I also find the SEs a little too quiet and I don't know for sure what to do about it. I still have my stock mufflers, but Steve says they are pretty loud when V-Moded. I may have to try it anyway.
Kaz,
Your pipe is BAS ASS for sure. But for pure LOUD sound, the Force pipes are louder. I'm Sure Max's pipes are just as loud. ChopperSteve said the Force pipes are louder than the TurboTec pipe. For what ever that's worth.
They sound very much like my Force pipes. AS much as I love them I am starting to think about getting something a little more ear friendly. I rode all day yesterday and by the time I got home I had a splitting headache. My ears constantly ring. Wearing my full face makes it worse. The sound seems to bounce around the inside of the helmet. I may look at getting the 16 guage double barrels for next spring.
I agree but I am to thickheaded sometimes and just want to enjoy the ferocious pipe music without earplugs....I will try to force myself to wear them more often.
