I’m wondering if this stand would work with my muscle? If not is there a setup that you guys would suggest?

Most of us use these or similar. Works for both ends and covers most tasks unless you are really old in which case a full blown lift is nice. Still need a scissor jack even with a lift to do work.I’m wondering if this stand would work with my muscle? If not is there a setup that you guys would suggest?
I bought a Craftsman aluminum...works fine, but I'm tempted to get a table-type hoist to raise it high with wheels down.
I purchased the hydraulic one at Canadian Tires years ago. It’s held up well and fits any cruiser I’ve ever thrown at it.Most of us use these or similar.
