The stainless steel plate holder is already bent and curved to fit the inner fender of an '02-'06 v-rod. Two stainless steel mounting bolts, lock washers and nut are included. It works with the stock license plate light and the curved section of the dogs butt, if your still using it.
The chrome license plate frame comes with chrome botton allen head screws and nylon lock nuts.
I have over $60 into this piece (SS is expensive these days!).
