My clutch has custom springs and requires a lot of force to operate.
I wonder if it would be possible to install a smaller diameter plunger / piston inside the master cylinder.
Has anyone looked into this already?

Really optimum would probably be a larger diameter with a longer lever (more leverage less travel) master cylinder....

Hmm, is the master cylinder of the brake smaller? If yes then maybe it's an option to use it on the clutch side.

Some guys on a German V-Rod site say that they have used a kit from

Why not find a seal w a larger outside diameter,then ream and hone the bore in the master to match? It shouldn't take much of an increase for the volume you're looking for.
