I love the design and the thought, but...
From the look the openings would be almost in line with the velocity stacks/ air-filter. Would not the air just rush past where you want it to go (in the engine intake via the stacks) and into your crotch? I would think that running topless with that design, or maybe some flexible tubing (like a vacuum cleaner hose) that would attack directly into the air-box would work, but you don't have a lot of room to play with under there with the skin on....
