If its the baffle making the noise then all the packing is sure to be gone. I had a rattle similar due to a bolt head broken off on one of the baffles (same pipes except V&H power shots) I got the pipes use with no packing in the baffles. Its not hard to pull them. Two bolts each baffle at rear out pipe then pull out. If I remember correct you will have to pull the rear heat shield off and that will require removing the hanger bolts and support. It a little tricky getting the shield off. But not too bad
