So about 6 weeks ago or so I changed out the front rotors on the v-rod, and it immediately corrected the front end "pulsing" that was going on, so obviously the previous rotors were warped. Everything has been going good, but from the time I put the new rotors on, I get a little rubbing sound, in one specific spot each time the wheel turns. My thought is, that I don't have the rotor (left side only) perfectly centered? It hasn't affected my cycle in the least bit, and drives/rides/brakes just fine, but more than anything it sounds a little rough, and drives me crazy. Just wondering what some people on the forum think about this, and any ideas on how to correct it. Thanks for the help.

Dumb question but did you change out the brake pads also? If yes what brand?

You must have some trash between the face of the disk mounting face and the wheel, causing the disk to runout side-to-side or...

Did you loosen the axle pinch bolts after you tightened the axle nut to allow the forks to re-align?

Also, read this.
