I gave them a call and they advise that the parts are being shipping from Italy and should arrive in Florida at the end of this week or early next week.

They will ship to each one of us from Florida.

I called about 2 weeks ago and got a little BS about why it is taking so long.
And, YES, my credit card was charged immediately -- I have already paid the bill and therefore I own a Rizoma Belt Guard. I just don't know where it is.

Gene and KSPZ3 I have sent them an email to ask for help with this matter, not sure it will do any good. Maybe we could get one our esteemed attorneys on the forum to take a minute and send them a friendly email for us. There are two here that I am aware of, Karl Scott of course and Kirk Mylander.

Well I got two responses already from them.

Thanks for your note. I've been looking at the V-rod
group buy orders recently and trying to decide what to
do regarding the remaining group buy folks. At the
moment, the Rizoma distributor is having delivery
issues with the Rizoma products and it's not something
that is in our control. This past week, however, I
have been considering contacting the remaining buyers
and offering to cancel their back orders for the parts
they are waiting on because two months is simply too
long to wait for this type of part and I know very
well how group buy orders on community boards can go
south. I will give the Rizoma distributor a call in
the morning for a fresh update on our order of V-rod
parts and then I'll send you and the remaining
customers an update on things.
