Anybody know if it takes any special tools to change the HD steel 28T sprocket to a billet one (like a TT)?

Is something not right with the H-D one ?
Or is the other lighter or something ?

For a start you would need a HD 30T flange to attach it to.

Bob, no nothing wrong with HD one and yes the billet is lighter, so less work for motor to turn.

Vrodder, thanks that is the info I was wondering about, I think I still have the flange from the switch from 30T to 28T.

The manual shows that you need a 3 leg puller to get the flange off and you need a special socket / tool to fix in a retaining ring.
