Ear2Ear pulled up chocks a fair while ago and hasn't been on the forum since late summer 2015, so I wouldn't hold your breath for a PM response.

But, as I recall, he had the VRSCF Reduced Reach Handlebar Kit.

Of course, it's no longer available, but you might luck out and find it as NOS somewhere.

Oh-- one other thing; if you end up with the parts (and they're probably out there somewhere), the H-D F windscreen will NOT fit without a specific adapter kit. Here's the relevant page from the 2012 P&A category with the reach dimensions and part numbers.....
